How does it work?

You can use a shared EV if your employer is affiliated with ReisFlex.  Ask your HR department whether that’s the case. If so, here’s how to start sharing:

  1. Sign up on the intranet or by contacting HR
  2. Download the OnzeAuto app
  3. Book an available EV
  4. Lock and unlock the EV with your smartphone
  5. Select whether you’re travelling for business or leisure

Use the EV only when you need it. Manage everything in the app.

How much does it cost?

If you use the EV for business, the costs are settled with your employer. If you use the EV for leisure, you pay the costs in your OnzeAuto account. You’ll see the latest rates for non-business trips when you sign up.

  • Yes. When you book an EV, you select whether you plan to use the EV for business purposes only or business and leisure. If you’re driving the EV for leisure, you cover the costs yourself. You’ll see the latest rates for non-business trips when you sign up.

  • The shared EVs are parked near participating companies at Randwyck business park in Maastricht-Zuid.

  • Yes. Open the app to see which EVs are available and when.

  • Yes. Once you’ve finished your trip, please park the EV in its bay and plug it into the charging station.

  • Each EV comes with a green OnzeAuto charger fob. You can use this fob to charge EVs in their bay or on the go. OnzeAuto covers the costs of these charging sessions. Visit https://www.onzeauto.com/support/onderweg for more information about charging.

  • There’s no lower limit on booked slots. The app lets you book an EV for up to three days. Depending on the number of shared EVs, usage and availability, you may be able to book an EV for longer than three days (if you’re attending a conference abroad, for instance). If you’d like to book the EV for longer than three days, please e-mail support@onzeauto.com.

  • Yes. You can share a booking in the app.

  • Each EV has a green sticker with a QR code for support. Scan this code to display a troubleshooting page for breakdowns or charging issues. If the issue persists, call the 24/7 emergency hotline shown on the troubleshooting page.

  • Your HR department will be able to tell you. If your employer isn’t affiliated but would like to be, ask HR to e-mail zakelijk@onzeauto.com.
